Town of Jacksonport is seeking to contract with a qualified individual or entity to perform complete Architectural, Engineering, and Specification Writing services for the renovation and expansion of its Town Hall/ Fire Station.

There will be a mandatory attendance pre-proposal meeting and site inspection on Tuesday, October 11th, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Jacksonport Town hall/Fire Station at 3365 Cty V, Sturgeon Bay, WI.

Specifications and Instructions may be obtained from the Town of Jacksonport Clerk’s Office, 3365 Cty V, Sturgeon Bay, WI (920) 823-8136.  Proposals must conform to the requirements of the Specifications and Instructions.

Proposals must be received by the Town Clerk at the above address on or before 12:00 Noon, November 2, 2016, at which time bids will be publicly opened.

Volunteer Day at the Lakeside Park Addition
Saturday, October 8^th, 2016 Beginning at 8AM
On Saturday, October 8th, the Parks Committee is organizing a planting and cleanup day in the new park. We will start at 8 AM and are hoping you can give us four hours of your time. Could be an opportunity to meet and greet new “friends of the park”. Be sure to bring your own shovel and rake. We will provide the refreshments.

Building and Grounds Committee will host the second of two public forums on Saturday, October 1^st at 10:00 am on proposed improvements to the Town Hall/Fire Station. Public review, questions and input are invited.

Notice of Special Town Board Meeting

Thursday, September 29^th, 2016 at 7PM at the County Government Building on 421 Nebraska Street in Sturgeon Bay

The Town Board has been invited to attend a meeting of local general purpose governments in the county to discuss transportation related issues. Topics will include the current condition of roads, culverts and bridges; impacts on safety and economy; and sustainable funding. A quorum of the town board may be in attendance at this meeting; however, no action will be taken by the board at this meeting.
