TOWN OF JACKSONPORT

Effective December 15, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of Jacksonport is closing the town quarry / brush reception site, located at the end of Pit Road off of Junction Road, until further notice.  The Town is looking at future uses for the site, with the goal of reopening in Spring, 2024.  Please contact the Town if you have questions: 920-823-8136

BUILDING & GROUNDS COMMITTEE NOTICE (11-28-2023):

The Jacksonport Town Board will be updating the Building & Grounds Committee to consider opportunities for an ambulance service building.  Those interested in serving on the committee should submit a letter of interest to the Town Clerk

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 6:00 P.M.

at the Town of Jacksonport Town Hall/Fire station located at 3365 County Rd V,

a public hearing will be held before the Town Board

on the proposed 2024 budget for the Town of Jacksonport, Door County.

The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection

at the town clerk’s office or

on the website at jacksonportwi.gov.

There are no more elections in 2023. 

2024 Elections are as follows:

Spring Primary – Tuesday, February 20, 2024
Pres Pref Primary & Spring Elec – Tuesday, April 2, 2024
Partisan Primary – Tuesday, August 13, 2024
General Election – Tuesday, November 5, 2024

Unless you are indefinitely confined, requests for absentee ballots need to be made in the year you will be using this method of voting.  Requests made right now are good ONLY for 2023; we will not be able to send you your ballot in 2024 based on a request received now (in 2023).
