FOR THE TOWN OF JACKSONPORT

 

Public Test, at the County level, will run from 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, 2018 to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018.

 The Town of Jacksonport will do the required Public Test of the Election Equipment for the February 20, 2018 Spring Primary beginning at 9 AM on February 14th in the Jacksonport Town Hall, 3365 County Highway V, Jacksonport, Wisconsin.

The Town of Jacksonport and the Parks Committee are happy to announce we are offering park bench donation opportunities.  A park bench is a great way to honor a loved one, couple, family, or simply assist in the beautification of Jacksonport.  The options include a 4 ft. bench for a donation of $900 and a 6 ft. bench for a donation of $1,000.  The prices include a bench with a commemorative plaque installed on a concrete pad.   Clink on the link below for a general representation of the bench design.  Please contact the Town Clerk if you wish to make a bench donation.   Town park benches

FOR TOWN OF JACKSONPORT, DOOR COUNTY

 

Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017, at 7:00 P.M. at the Jacksonport Town Hall, a public hearing will be held on the proposed 2018 budget for the Town of Jacksonport, Door County. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office Wednesday from 5:30-8:30pm and Friday from 7:30-10:30am, on the website at jacksonportwi.gov, or a copy may be picked up at Bley’s Grocery Store in Jacksonport during normal business hours. Invitation for Design/Build/Construction Management Services

Changing/Restroom Facility at Lakeside Park

 

 

The Town of Jacksonport is seeking qualified design/build/construction management services firms to bid on the finalization of design and actual construction of Lakeside Park’s Changing/Restroom Facility and related 2017 Consensus Plan features. The Jacksonport Parks Committee has recently finalized its consensus plan with supplement, the bases for this project, regarding the size, function, and aesthetics.  The town anticipates actual construction beginning just after Memorial Day 2018.

 

Bid responses should acknowledge the following three step methodology: 1) utilize the Changing/Restroom Facility Consensus Plan Packet with Supplement to formalize project design within a budget that is acceptable to the town, 2) provide actual project pricing in advance of completing final drawings, 3) provide final design, permitting, and complete construction management services.
