TOWN OF JACKSONPORT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
2025 ROAD PROJECTS (PULVERIZE AND OVERLAY)

Notice is hereby given by the Town of Jacksonport that they will receive sealed bids for the construction work listed below. The work includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the construction project listed below:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project is officially known as “2025 Road Projects (Pulverize and Overlay)”.
Base Bid includes:
- Pulverizing existing pavement, 2.5″ overlay in one lift, shouldering, and restoration.
- Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the:
- Pulverization and reshaping of asphalt pavement.
- Placement and compaction of asphalt surface.
- Placement of 3/4″ stone as shouldering.
- Final Restoration of all disturbed areas.
The project includes:
Loritz Road (from STH 57 to E Town Line Rd.) 5,808 feet X 20 feet wide
Butts Road from Loritz Road to Termini 1426 fee X 14 feet wide
**Town Line Road E from West Shore Road west on E Town Line Rd approximately 2006 feet X 20 feet wide
CONTACT: Sealed bids will be accepted by Colleen Huberty, Town Clerk, 3365 County Road V, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 until 8:59am on May 23, 2025 CST. They will be publicly opened and read at 9:00am at the Jacksonport Town Hall on Friday May 23, 2025. BID REQUIREMENTS: Price all projects separately with a total price for all projects.
BID DUE DATE: Bids will be accepted by Town staff during regular business hours at the Jacksonport Town Offices (3365 County V, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235). All bids must be received by Friday, May 23rd at 8:59am CST; they will be publicly opened and read at 9:00am CST on May 23, 2025.
NOTE: The distances listed are only approximate and it is the responsibility of the bidder to take proper measurements. Town of Jacksonport reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids it deems to be in the best interest of the Town, to accept any part or combination thereof, to waive any technicalities, and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Town.
