NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
FOR TOWN OF JACKSONPORT, DOOR COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, November 15th, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. at the Jacksonport Town Hall, a public hearing will be held on the proposed 2017 budget for the Town of Jacksonport, Door County. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office MWF from 9 AM till noon, on the website at jacksonportwi.gov, or a copy may be picked up at Bley’s Grocery Store in Jacksonport during normal business hours. The following is a summary of the proposed 2017 budget:

Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of electors will be held immediately following the Public Budget Hearing for the following purposes:
- Call to order.
- To approve total 2017 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 82.03 of Wisconsin Statutes.
- To approve the 2016 town tax levy to be collected in 2017 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
- To vote yea or nay on a resolution authorizing the town board to dispose of town real property; specifically the Koulias house in the Lakeside Park addition.
- Adjourn
