Amending the Committee Bylaws and Rules
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Jacksonport does hereby amend the attached Committee Bylaws and Rules policy to increase the membership on the Building and Grounds Committee from three to five, and that going forward the Building and Grounds Committee shall consist of five residents or four residents and one citizen member with recognized experience and qualifications related to building and grounds management and improvement….with three year terms.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of the Policy be published on the Town web site and made available for the public as soon as is practicable.
The policy change was approved by motion at the February 2016 Town Board meeting.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of March, 2016.
